CFS Application Support


Logins and software installations


For new logins, existing logins that need to be modified, or to load CFS on a PC, self-service tickets should be logged in eService. Go to https://staples.service-now.com Log in to Synthesis and select Self Service/Service Request. Under the Security and Access Services section click on More and select CFS access, change and/or install (Corporate Furniture Systems).

  • CFS access should be selected if only a login and security is needed.
  • CFS access and Install should be selected if a login, security and software load is needed.
  • CFS Install Only should be selected only the software load is required.
  • Change Access For CFS User should be selected if changes are needed to an existing login. Indicate login ID in notes section.

Passwords


Go to https://staples.service-now.com Log in to Synthesis and select Self Service/IT Help Desk Ticket. Under the Corporate & Field Issue section, click on Access & Passwords and complete the form.


Printer Setup


To have a printer configured for CFS, a self-service ticket should be logged in eService. Go to https://staples.service-now.com Log in to Synthesis and select Self Service/Service Request. Under the IT Services, click on CFS Printer Add (Corporate Furniture System) and complete the form.


Technical Support


For issues or questions related to the CFS application, please send an email to Service Desk Furniture Support - Stratford, CT. Include as much information as possible when making a support request. Order numbers, customer number, etc. should be included. Also, if any backup documentation would be helpful such as report samples or screen shots, please send them as an attachment in a Word document (or pdf file). Faxes can be sent to (203) 455-2496.


Application support is available Monday through Friday from 8:30AM through 7:00PM EST. After hours support can be scheduled 72 hours in advance for special processing on nights and weekends (i.e. Physical Inventory).
